Inspiration From Famous Virgos
This season is a great time to celebrate and learn from Virgos around us whether that be Melissa McCarthy, Blake Lively, Pink, or Zendaya, to Pink. There is no better moment to look at Queen Bee and Virgo herself, Beyoncé, who just released a song called “Virgo’s Groove” in her birthday season.
Personal Power & Privacy
One of the most notable features of Beyoncé is her understanding of her own personal power when it comes to the world around her, including her relationship with the public. Rather than balling under the public’s need of wanting more, she works with her personal timeline to release albums, sometimes dropping one even without a hint or media coverage. She understands that she is the true source in the larger world and exercises her personal power to have everyone fit her timeline.
In response to being called closed off, in an interview she said “Trust, the reason those folks don’t see certain things about me is because my Virgo ass does not want them to see it….It’s not because it doesn’t exist”. We need to learn from her, is her ability to lead and dictate the terms in how people see her in her life. Who are we giving access to ourselves in our life? How do we value ourselves and our energy? Does everyone deserve our presence, answers, or productivity? Where are we giving power away when we can lead and dictate our terms?
Say Yes To Your Dreams
This is just the start to understanding, where you should put all of your energy and that is in yourself. In an interview with Dazed & Confused in 2011, Beyonce says “I like to think outside the box. I don’t believe in the answer ‘no’”. We could all could learn from this Virgo’s immense drive to get things done for herself, no matter what routine she has to create. There is no excuse to not achieve for yourself.
